| At the Installation meeting of University of Liverpool Mark Lodge in February, the lodges Junior Warden WBro Chris Walls ProvGIG had suggested that the Worshipful Master Bro Adam Kennaugh asked WBro Derek Gaskell PProvGJD to give the Mark Master’s Lecture at the April meeting. And so for the last meeting of University Mark Lodge on 23 April, WBro Gaskell duly presented the Mark lecture, which was well received by the brethren. |

| After the risings WBro Chris Walls reported that lodge member WBro Prof Garth Jones the lodges ADC will be promoted to Past Grand Senior Deacon at the September meeting of Grand Lodge. The brethren gave their congratulations to WBro Jones with acclamation. |
| After the meeting the members retired for an excellent festive board. |
